Gwrych Castle in North Wales provides a picturesque setting for wedding photography, making it a dream location for couples seeking timeless memories. The castle offers breathtaking views and the opportunity to capture the beauty of the coastline. Despite the castle's weathered condition, its aged charm and mystical atmosphere add a unique touch to photographs, creating an authentic and romantic backdrop. Subscribing to the newsletter or reaching out via email can provide updates on the availability of the main terrace, stunning chapel, and other remarkable spots within the Gwrych Castle estate. The nearby towns of Llandudno and Little Orme offer additional scenic options, while the castle's appearance on ITV further enhances its appeal. For couples seeking a wedding album filled with elegance, charm, and a touch of April magic, Gwrych Castle is an exceptional choice.

Need to stay over the night before your wedding ?

Tan-yr-Ogo Lodge is a truly unique and historic location. Originally designed as part of a series of lodges serving Gwrych Castle, it served as the grand entrance to the estate. Its name, Tan-yr-Ogof, meaning 'beneath the cave,' reflects its location nestled below Lady Emily's Tower and the magnificent Cefn Yr Ogof cave, both integral parts of the Gwrych Castle Estate. Whether you're planning a short getaway an extended stay or to compliment your wedding plans, we offer two accommodation options to suit your needs. HERE you'll find more details about these options, ensuring a comfortable and memorable experience during your visit.
